The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Navy has announced the seizure of a modern U.S. Dive-LD autonomous underwater vehicle.
"One of the U.S. army's most advanced unmanned underwater vehicles was intercepted at the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz," the IRGC Navy said.
According to the statement, it was a Dive-LD autonomous underwater vehicle, which has been in service with the U.S. Navy since 2025.
The IRGC released photographs of the captured vehicle.
