The EU civilian mission to Armenia, established on April 21, will not be involved in normalizitaion of Yerevan's relations with Baku or Ankara.
The peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan will not be included in the work program of the new EU mission to Armenia, a senior EU official said.
"The role of the EU partner mission in Armenia is to strengthen Armenia's resilience, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity, defense against hybrid threats, and civilian security,”
