Turkish troops have begun advancing into the areas of Syria controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Forces loyal to the official government in Damascus are facilitating the Turkish army's movement.

Turkish forces have crossed the border into Syria. The Turkish military offensive is advancing from three directions: through Afrin, Ras al-Ayn, and north of Aleppo, KARAR reported.

The Turkish forces are mainly concentrated in the Manbij area. One column of the Turkish army entered Syria via Deir Ballut, while another part of the forces is advancing through Al-Adnaniyah.

Meanwhile, troops controlled by the Syrian government have moved into the Deir ez-Zor region. The advance of these government forces is reportedly being conducted with artillery and drone support.

Ankara is using military means to support the integration of the SDF units into the structure of the Syrian government forces.
