Two earthquakes struck Türkiye early this morning

The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) confirmed two earthquakes shook southeastern and northeastern Türkiye on October 24.

A magnitude 3.8 earthquake struck Adıyaman Province's Sincik district at 5:04 AM local time, with its epicenter located in the region.

A second tremor measuring magnitude 3.5 hit Erzurum's Palandöken district at 6:07 AM local time, according to seismologists.

 

This seismic activity follows yesterday evening's earthquake in Kahramanmaraş Province.
