UAE air defence systems intercepted two missiles launched from Iranian territory, Ynet reported, citing the country's Defence Ministry.
The missiles caused no damage as they fell into the sea, with one landing in UAE territorial waters, the ministry said.
Iran has not yet commented. The US and Iran had previously agreed to restore a ceasefire.
