Khojaly, Khojavand, and Shukurbeyli welcomed new residents on September 30 under Azerbaijan's "Great Return" programme.
Nine families (60 people) moved to Shukurbeyli in Jabrayil district, 17 families (78 people) to Khojaly, and 16 families (55 people) to Khojavend.
The families had spent years in temporary housing, including hostels, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings across Azerbaijan
