Airlines should continue to avoid the airspace over Iran, Iraq and Lebanon and remain cautious across the region due to uncertainty surrounding the sustainability of a ceasefire and possibility of rapid escalation in the Middle East, the EU aviation safety agency EASA said on Wednesday.
EASA said it was extending its conflict-zone advisory for the region until July 8, after previously extending it to July 1.
Since the signing of the U.S.-Iran deal, both sides have traded sporadic fire.
