Russian oil supplies to Georgia reached an all-time high in March 2026, according to data from Sakstat, Georgia's statistical service.

Georgia purchased $69.2 million worth of Russian oil. This figure had never been recorded in the history of Sakstat's data collection, which began in 2009.

In February 2026, Georgia had bought half that amount, totaling $34.1 million.

Imports of Russian petroleum products also rose sharply in March, increasing by 50% month-on-month to reach $55.1 million.
