Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Kyrgyzstan to take part in a meeting of foreign ministers from Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) member states.
The diplomats are expected to discuss regional and international issues, including the situation within the SCO and security matters. Bilateral talks are also planned on the sidelines of the event.
Lavrov previously attended the ASEAN summit in Manila, where he also met with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
