Brilliant mathematician Lotfi Zadeh passed away 8 years ago

Today marks 8 years since the death of the world-famous scientist, Baku resident, creator of the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic Lotfi Zadeh.

September 6 is the day of remembrance of the famous scientist, professor at the University of California, founder of the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic Lotfi Zadeh.

Lotfi Zadeh's greatest fame was brought by the theory of fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets. It was embodied in practice: thanks to it, many large companies created a number of important technological developments, it is used in the production of equipment, management of industrial processes.

The scientist's body, according to his will, was buried in the 1st Alley of Honor in Baku.
