Dagestan, Ingushetia, and North Ossetia will receive additional funding exceeding 870 million rubles for developing energy and utility enterprises, according to the government press service.
"Over 870 million rubles will be additionally allocated for the implementation of sustainable development programs for energy and utilities enterprises in Dagestan, Ingushetia, and North Ossetia by the end of 2025",
the Cabinet of Ministers press service reported.
The financing originates from governmental reserve funds, designated for co-financing regional program implementation costs.
The initiative includes the consolidation of the three republics' housing and utilities assets under a single operator established in each region while addressing qualified personnel recruitment challenges.
Authorities plan to establish economically justified tariff structures, with federal support covering transitional differentials between previous and adjusted rates.
