Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan, intends to visit Latvia next week.
The official visit is scheduled for June 25-27. Simonyan will lead the Armenian delegation, which will also include the head of the Armenia-Latvia-Lithuania-Estonia friendship group Arsen Torosyan, as well as a number of deputies, including Eduard Aghajanyan and Maria Karapetyan.
Let us note that contacts between Armenia and the European Union have intensified. Currently, the Armenian Foreign Minister, Ararat Mirzoyan, is on a visit to another Baltic state, Lithuania.
