On September 30, Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis ratified a mutual visa‑free agreement with Jordan during the first meeting of the autumn session.
Under the agreement, holders of ordinary passports are exempt from visas. Azerbaijani citizens may stay in Jordan for up to 90 days.
The agreement was signed in Baku on July 8, 2026, by the foreign ministers of the two countries, Jeyhun Bayramov and Ayman Safadi.
