FBI Director Kash Patel arrived in Russia on Wednesday for scheduled talks, MS NOW reported, citing its own sources.
The two‑day trip will include visits to Moscow and St. Petersburg, according to the report.
This marks the first visit by an FBI director to Russia since 2013.
Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he had no comment on reports of a possible Patel visit, noting such events are "almost never announced."
