Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated that the oil pipeline from Russia plays a crucial role for his country. He emphasized that there is no alternative to Russian fuel, and therefore, Hungary will continue to import it via the Druzhba pipeline.
Orban emphasized that Hungary does not accept any third-party demands to cancel Russian oil imports. When asked whether the US had made similar proposals, the Prime Minister denied it.
