Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will visit Egypt on August 13-14 for talks with President Abdel Fattah el‑Sisi and other officials, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
The discussions will focus on political, economic, trade, and defence cooperation, as well as efforts to increase bilateral trade to $15 billion.
The two sides will also address the Strait of Hormuz, Gaza, Syria, and Libya, with Fidan expected to voice support for Egypt's regional settlement efforts.
