Trilateral working-level talks between Russia, the United States and Ukraine will be held in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, U.S. President’s Special Envoy Steve Witkoff said.
"The United States will mediate working-level negotiations between Ukraine and Russia on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi, advancing President [Donald] Trump’s mission to end the war", Witkoff said.
According to him, discussions will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian efforts, and next steps toward peace.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Witkoff at a meeting that Moscow was ready to resume trilateral talks on settling the conflict in Ukraine. Kremlin Aide Yury Ushakov said they could take place in Abu Dhabi in the first 10 days of November.
